Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: What to Know
- Slow Burn Records will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase/receipt, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
- To start a return, stop in the shop or contact us at info@slowburnrecords.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot refund shipping costs except in specific circumstances (see below).
Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- New vinyl must be unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
- Used vinyl may be returned only for store credit, in the form of a gift card.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, customers will be refunded in the form of store credit (i.e., gift card).
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or you simply need a different size/style (if available).
Special Circumstances
- What if I bought a new LP and opened it? As long as it’s still in Like New condition, we’ll give you the sale value of the item for refund, exchange, or store credit, minus a 30% restocking fee.
- What if my item is defective? If the item purchased has a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the item or issue a refund for the item and shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance/“last-chance” items
