Which genres are you looking for?

We sell lots of different genres at Slow Burn Records. But if your collection includes 1960s-current rock and roll, 1990s-current country, classic jazz (1950s-1960s), punk, metal, and/or hiphop, we’re definitely going to want to take a look.

Should I haul my whole collection in?

If you’ve got just a couple boxes, bring them on in! Someone can usually evaluate your collection on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday unless you’d like to leave it with us.

If you’ve got more than that, call or email us and we can talk about other arrangements.

Do you take 78s?

Slow Burn Records deals in 12-inch (and sometimes 10-inch) LPs. We don’t take 78s, 45s, or other media like CDs or cassette tapes.

How will you decide whether to make an offer on my collection?

We’ll consider a number of factors when evaluating your collection, including:

• the artists/titles,
• record condition, and
• what we happen to need in the shop at the time.

Whether or not to make an offer is up to our sole discretion.
